Welp one of the welds on the base of my enki x chair broke and now I got a floating g leg and some serious wobble. Anyone know where to get a replacement base?

Can you send me a PM with the serial number so I can verify it in our system and use it for your case? Please also send photos of the broken part and your receipt/invoice so I can include them as well? You can upload them to any hosting service like Google Drive and provide a shareable link. Just check the file so that anyone with the link can view it.
