I've recently purchased this mousemat. I plugged it in and Synapse recognizes it and it lit up. Turned off my PC and now it won't light up anymore. Synapse is updated and recognizes the device. Any help would be appreciated.

Did you update Razer Synapse before the issue? Have you tried using your Razer Firefly without the Razer Synapse running in the background? You can also connect your mouse mat to a different computer and see if it behaves the same. Feel free to send me a PM should you need additional assistance.
