Razer Firefly v2 Tracking Problem

Hello, Yesterday i bought Razer Firefly v2, i came home and then i normally unboxed that, all was fine then i tried to move with my mouse on that, i currently have Razer Mamba TE and it was bugging and when i tried to move mouse on left side it was bugging and going to right side down, im so confused because on my Razer Firefly v1 mousepad (cloth) what i was using all time this was not happening and i never had problems with that, so im confused and i dont know if i might return it back, i will be really happy for every help, because its really bad for me and i was ordering that very happy and now im confused and i dont know if i should return it or if i can do something to solve this problem..
