Razer Firmware Update Stuck at 5%

I don't know why i can't update the mouse, but i allready updated to 1.02 the dock and , now i have my mouse with 1.00.34 and my dock 1.02 and don't compatible... i can rollback the dock 1.00.34 to work again or only is a fucking bug of this device. This hardware is too expensive in ARGENTINA, same that a Salary of a common person, pls i need find a solution.
