Razer Gift Card - CA$260 not received

I ordered a laptop and power adapter and Razer presented me a Razer Gift Card - CA$260.

I received the laptop and power adapter and it is displayed in the order tracking,

but about the Gift Card in the tracking says “Product key delivered by email” and “Delivery in Progress”.

I understand that the card should be virtual, but I did not receive any Product key, and I cant understand the status of order in the tracking.

 

When I will receive my Razer Gift Card - CA$260 (Product key)?
