Razer Gold Card says its already used


I bought a Razer Gold Card today at a store and scratch it open in my car but it says it's already been used.

Please I need your help.

Bro, I’m facing same thing… what can I do?

I'm facing the same thing what can be done it was a gift for my husband

I’m facing same issue now. $500*2 cards  of razer gold

The same thing happened to me. What do I have to do?

I called out razer on twitter but these incompetent company couldn’t respond. I can’t just loose $1,000.  Sucks 

This just happened to me today, did anyone get any answers? 

I bought a pin code from Razer on August 17th and 20th for my brother. My brother received the pin code but found that the pin code had already been redeemed. I reported the problem to their customer service center and they said at the beginning that if I am not ,they will not deal with purchases from their platforms. Later they changed their words and said that I had to go to the police before they could inquire further about the problem. I paid money to be cheated, and I'm the happiest of luck.

That is exactly what they said to me too. I’m done buying these cards, I have spent so much money on them, and they won’t even help me. I will never buy another razer card ever. 

I am having this issue with every Razer Gold card I purchase now.

If it is not redeemed immediately after purchase, it is already used.

It does not make any sense to me.

I did not have this problem before.

But now it is happening with every Razer Gold card.

 

I brought 3 razor gold cards that cost me  $460.00 dollars to pay my rent so when I scratch them, they said been used already, I think that's wrong because now I will be kicked out of my apartment or homeless because someone had to put some razor gold cards on the racks at Lowe's home center in Kissimmee Florida I still have the receipt and the cards so how do I get my refunds
