Razer Gold Failed Status after Payment Successfully Done

I have completed the payment on the afternoon of 2nd October 2024 with a payment amount of Rp599,000 (USD 38.65) but today, 3rd October 2024, the status in my Transaction History changed from Pending to Failed. So where did the money I paid go? If I did not receive the Razer Gold, I want the money refunded to my bank account.

I tried to buy some razer gold as well for $200 USD. The transaction was pending at first then after about an hour the status turned into failed, but my account still shows that I got charged $200. I still haven’t received any razer gold.
