Hello ... I have prepaid visa that i always reload my account from ... The past 4 days every time i try to reload my account it says failed to reload without even asking me my visa number and when i try to reload with paypal it says failed reload . My visa is prepaid and works fine and has more than 800$ in it !! Please help me 4 days i am trying and no use !!
