I just reloaded on my razer gold account about 1,000 pesos or $20. What I was not aware was in order to use the razer gold, the backup codes or 2-Way Authetication was needed to complete my purchase. I submitted a ticket on May 16, 2025. On May 18, I tried contacting a support here on Insider since I am not getting any reply on the email. I was successful and they replied on email and requested for some details and said that they will get back to me “as soon as they get the details” they requested which is a lie because I immediately sent the details but it’s already the 22nd of May and I still don’t get a respond. I can’t believe this is how frustrating this shop is. Why can’t you just use email verification or OTP to reset this authentication? It’s such a hassle. People will and can change their phone and lose those backup codes. Make it easier for us to reset these since they can be lost.
