Please I need help. I tried calling the support number and submitted a ticket on the website. I had purchased 3 Razer Gold gift cards (A total of $500!) but when scratching behind the card not all numbers are completed. I tried to go back to the store to report the damage pin but I was turned away due to their policy said that all sales are final.
There is already a ticket submitted but it’s been a few days now and no response.
Please help!
