I have being buy few things in a game called Ragnarok Origin, so far i didnt had any issues, but now they added a pre-launch server thing, which you can pre-buy some stuff to gain more itens, the 3 purchases that i did using Razer Gold i didint received my itens, so i contacted their support, they asked me the transaction ID, but i never ever received any email from razer, even though i have placed my email in the payment screen.
When i try to open a ticket here, they asked me the transaction ID, that is the thing i dont have, anyone can assist me on that?
I have all the invoices from my back tell the purshase was sucessfull and the date it happened
