Razer Gold transaction stuck for a month now!

I bought PSN code with Razer Gold, transaction went into Pending and stuck there since end of Jan! 

I submitted a ticket and got no help and the ticket was just closed.

I submitted another and only silence in response.

Hey Razer, can I get it sorted out or just need to write off my 10 bucks?
