Razer Goliathus Chroma Extended not being recognized in Synapse 3

I have the Goliathus Extended Chroma mouse pad, along with a Death Adder Elite. Both were recognized in Synapse 3. I just got a Cynosa Chroma keyboard and connected it to my PC and fired up Synapse 3 to adjust the colors on all three but the Goliathus mouse pad was no longer recognized in Synapse 3 but the mouse pad still would lite up. Any help would be appreciated.

Hello there! Are you still having the same issue? Also, have you tried reinstalling Synapse to see if it helps?
