RAZER GOLIATHUS EXTENDED CHROMA Not bright at all. Defect?

Just got the RAZER GOLIATHUS EXTENDED CHROMA GEARS 5 EDITION on Prime Day since it was on sale and the right side of the Mouse Mat doesn't look nearly as bright as the left side. Especially on blue, it looks like the bottom right has almost no color to it. Is this a defect? Also if my warranty covers this, how do I go about getting it fixed. Tried going through there support and couldn't find a way to contact anyone. I'd really appreciate any help I can get! https://imgur.com/a/vEUfhK6

I am having the exact same issue. Purchased mine one Prime Day as well. Seems like it is hit and miss with these. Blue is almost nonexistent on the right side for some reason. It impacts all of the colors besides red and green. White looks almost red on the lower right too. I'm going to try and contact customer service for a replacement that works hopefully. But we'll see what happens.

I have exactly the same issue and I also bought on Prime Day. Seems all Goliathus of Gears 5 has the same problem. I hope Razer could give us a solution because, in my case, Amazon cannot change the product, they just can give me a refund :(

Yeah, I'm not sure what to do either. Amazon had the extended return window currently, but it would be nice if RAZER would reach out to help solve this
