Razer Goliathus extended chroma not showing up on Synapse 3
Hi all,
This issue have been already some months, before it was working fine, now synapse 3 does not recognize goliathus extended chroma, already try uninstall, reinstall, clean regedit key etc.
Getting bored with this.. any solution please?

How exactly does the mat appear in the Device Manager? I'd appreciate it if you included screenshots.

Have you always had multi-registers of the same devices on the Device Manager? I highly recommend that you uninstall all peripheral device drivers on that Window then reboot. Windows should download new signed ones.

Just tryed and no luck.
Actually i have just done a test.
1- uninstall all device on device manager and deleted drivers.
2- uninstall synapse 3
3- restart pc
4- plug only goliathus, it pop up installation on synapse 3
5- install synapse 3 (without keyboard plugged)
6- synapse 3 installed with only goliathus pluged in.
7- goliathus does not show on synapse 3
.......

You did more than I would've to no avail so let's look into possible firmware fixes instead. PM me the serial number of your mat so I can do just that.
