Razer Goliathus Extended supposed to be different colors?

I bought a Goliathus Extended and it seems to be two different colors, no matter what color setting is on. It's a little hard to explain, but it appears that as the RGB lights go towards the bottom right they lose brightness. I set it to white to see exactly what color difference there was and instead of being white it's almost a pinkish color. It's not supposed to be this way, right? Is there an easy fix, or do I need to return it for a new one?

    Try clean reinstalling your Razer Synapse 3.0. Should the issue persists, please update the mat's firmware from this link and see how it goes. I’ll be locking this thread now. Feel free to send me a PM anytime or visit our self-help options should you have other questions or concerns.
