I'm already paired with my razer hammerhead tws pro but It cant be recognized with the razer app

    Hello, @inevitable1231!

     

    Try to uninstall the Razer Audio app and restart your phone. Once done, reinstall the app and try to connect your Razer Hammerhead True Wireless Pro. If that didn’t do the trick, then shoot me a PM along with your device’s serial number so I can look for other troubleshooting steps that we can attempt.
