Razer Hammerhead Elite True Wireless Earbuds not working????

Hey so I bought a pair of Razer Hammerhead Elite True Wireless Earbuds and I have had them for about a year and haven't dropped it once and I tried to Bluetooth connect it to my Macbook Air and it worked and it showed it was connected and working fine but no audio was coming out threw the earbuds, they are silent. Can anyone help if so pls reply? (: thanks.
