The USB C dongle no longer works in USB mode on 3 of my PCs, it will only work in XBOX mode, however, i have been having issues with audio drops in this mode, and I downloaded the latest firmware to try and fix the issues, but the firmware updater says to toggle USB mode on the dongle, but it does not recognize it in windows. Is this a known issue?
