Razer Hammerhead PRO V2 wire problems

Hi! I've a massive problem with the wiring on my earphones. The problem is whenever I try to let's say... sit. The left one suddenly loses its sound whilst the right one is a-ok. I tried to "adjust" the plug on my phone there are some times that it works but there are times where it does not. It's kind of frustrating me a little bit, not gonna lie. Also I've tried the "try putting it on other devices to see if it's the Razer product itself or the latter." But in this case it is indeed the Razer Product.
