Razer Hammerhead True Wireless 2nd Gen Earbud not turning on

Question

The right earbud flashes once when the charging case is opened, then turns off and stays off.The left earbud functions fine, the device can’t even be paired to a phone since the razer audio app just shows an error with a missing earbud. FAQ doesn’t help. Any ideas?
