Good day. I have a issue with this product. Honesty that brand is good especiality sound. But i hav problem with conection. When pop up this TWS only one is conect. I got this problem 2 time with same product. I hope you can help me. Thanks

Please try the steps below:

  1. Place both earbuds back into the charging case.
  2. Wait for five seconds then open the charging case.
  3. Tap and hold both earbuds for four seconds to activate pairing mode.
  4. Tap four times and hold the last tap for two seconds until you hear a tone on both earbuds.
