Razer Hammerhead True Wireless connected to PC but not playing audio.

Hi, my headphones are connected to my PC however they show up in the other devices section rather than audio and doesn't play any audio, any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Just off the top of my head, are they connected to anything else at the same time? Like a phone or tablet?

No I've made sure they're not. They are connected to my PC but aren't playing any audio

So your PC is recognising them as an input/output device, but just not passing audio?

My pc is recognising them as headphones in devices but no audio comes through them

Do you mind sharing screenshots of how the headset appears on the Device Manager and on the Windows sound settings? Also, is it set as the default output device for the affected apps?
