Razer Hammerhead True Wireless Earbuds unable to charge
Noticed this issue recently. The charge case is green, so I assume there's sufficient power to charge my earbuds, but whenever I try to power on the buds after few hours of them in the case, it still says low power, and proceed to shutdown.
No idea if by using a USB C to C charging cable is the issue, or can I only charge them using the Razer cable which comes with it? Strange thing is the case is in 'green light' but the buds just refuses to charge.

It shouldn't matter what cable you are using to charge the carrying/charging case. There really isn't much that we can do from here, so you're highly likely looking at an RMA. Shoot me a PM so I can kickstart a case on your behalf.
