Razer Hammerhead True Wireless not appearing on mobile Bluetooth

Hi, i have a xiaomi Mi 9T pro and just bought a razer hammerhead TW, but I tried to connect it to my phone but it doesnt appear on bluetooth, I did exactly what the guide video show, open the lid and search fo the hammerhead on BT. How can I fix this issue, or it is a problem with my phone or with my hammerhead?
