Razer Hammerhead true wireless pro (chs packaging) not connecting to app

Recently bought a pair of Razer Wireless Pro earbuds and for some reason it doesn't connect to the audio app. The product is legitimate and is registered to Razer ID but it's a CHS package one so I'm guessing that's also a factor to consider. Any solutions?
