Razer Hammerhead True Wireless Pros Help Please

I have a pair of hammerhead pro true wireless headphones. Only the mic on the right earbud works. Forgive my ignorance but I was under the impression both earbuds have mics. Anytime I try to make a phone call with just the left earbud the recipient is unable to hear me. Is this a hardware issue or does only the one earbud have a mic? Thank you in advance.

    The Hammerhead True Wireless Pro has mics positioned at the end of each earbud's stem. When did the issue start? Have you tried connecting it to a different device or computer and check if it behaves the same? Let's isolate the problem by following the steps from this link and see if it helps.
