Hi, i just bought my new razer hammerhead true wireless 2021, but upon opening the charging case i notice that only the right earbud light up, so i tried to remove both earbuds on the charging case and pair it on my phone. That's the time i notice that the right earbuds is really not working, i tried to charge the charging case but same still same result, the right earbuds is not working. Hoping for you quick response.
