Razer Hammerhead True Wireless Wont Do Anything

i have a pair of razer hammerhead true wireless earbuds, after the first time fully charging them i opened the box and tried to pair them with my blue tooth device, and nothing happens, i tried with multiple devices and nothing is happening. I have tried the reset processes etc but nothing is working. they are RZ12-02970100. S/N IN210E01801452

    Same here.  Mine never worked. I tried contacting support in 2022. They wanted the serial number, but I had left for a long bike trip. I never got around to following up.  I thought I’d try again today, but now there’s no support because the earbuds are too old. The manual says they should power up and be available for pairing when you open the case. The charge light is green, but nothing happens. The manual doesn’t even say how you tell if the earbuds are on.  Just get wired earbuds or headphones and avoid the headache. I guess I’ll read some reviews and see if there are any earbuds out there that people recommend.
