Dear Razer,
My left earbud is turning on and has light and connecting and does jestures but it won't produce any sound, while the right earbud work just fine.
How to fix it i've been trying several workarounds but nothing is working i've even factory reset it numerous times, please help me

I too have this issue with my Razer Hammerhead True Wireless Mercury. I'm not exactly sure how to resolve this issue either. Any offical support would be greatly apperciated. I have let them sit in the charger for about two hours and done all the recommend support actions with no luck.
