Hi Razer.Aero

      I bought my razer hammerhead true wireless x yesterday ( july 18, 2024) in datablitz and the left earbuds battery is draining very fast. can I have a no defect replacement for this product, I really love your earbuds its just that there is a problem with the battery.

I recommend trying to perform battery calibration on your earbuds. It might help to drain the battery to 0% and then let it recharge to 100%. After that, you can observe if the same issue persists.
