I just got a new Razer Hammerhead True Wireless X. After charging, left earbud won't turn on. Went back to the store to get a replacement, and now the issue is the battery in the earbuds are draining too fast. I just charged them to 100%, tried to do a firmware update, and the bud (either left, or right) will just down making the firmware update incomplete. At this point im just getting frustrated at this product
Just in case i get a reply, i already did the steps below:
1. battery calibration - done 3x. Drained both the earbuds to 0%, and completely charged them uo again.
2. Light cleaning of the charging pins for the earphones & case
3. Reset pairing - idk why i did this but i already did lol

I am experiencing the same issue, It got delivered today and I charge it for an hour and when I tried it the batteries keep changing values and the right earbud is not charging. a firmware update is not an option too because its not charging at all. when I try to charge it it always show the green led but the right earbud can only be used for around 3 minutes.
