Hi,
I tried pairing my earbuds to my iPhone today, but only the left side one would light up, and the right side one would not. Last used it about 2 days ago and it was working fine, and suddenly today it does not. I have tried most of the support options I could find, like charging it through a computer, pairing it together etc, but nothing has worked.
Is there any options or workarounds for this?
I'm having a very similar problem with the Hammerhead TW Set I purchased last weekend & haven't been able to get the LEFT Earbud to charge or turn on or frankly do a single damned thing. It seems that there's NOTHING BUT PROBLEMS WITH EVERYTHING FROM THIS FLIPPIN COMPANY...
same, my right bud not working or charging but the left bud is fine
How long have you had this problem can i ask?

Guess what
I just bought a new set a couple of days ago, and it came in the mail yesterday. Today when I turn it on, the LEFT earbud seems to have a mind of its own, I have to “turn it on” with additional steps, and it takes extra effort to get it to charge (sometimes it does, sometimes it doesnt).
Its a new set ffs, what a way to start the new year lol
