Hey, I was having the same problem for a month. I tried cleaning the charging case and it worked. Just got a q-tip with a bit alcohol (not too wet), then cleaned the inside of the right case, the charging pin or whatever you call it. Also cleaned the tip of the earbud itself, the one that connects to the charging pin. It’s now working, dusts might’ve prevented the earbud from connecting with the case. Hope this one works for you too.

 


Got the same exact problem yesterday when I received it, After unboxing it, Just followed the manual saying to charge it for the first time for 60 Minutes Right after that I tried connecting it to my phone and iPad and it’s not working, Right one is not lighting or anything. I got it from an official razer store here in our place now I’m waiting for a refund or RMA this sucks! I was so excited yesterday out from the box the buds are not working. I want this to be fixed. Razer folks please do something.

 


when I took only the right side of my razer hammerhead gen 2 earpiece to listen to my music, the earpiece kept blinking and somehow just could not connect so I put it back in the case for around 30 minutes. When I got home and tried using it, the earpiece now does not turn on at all, whether by holding the side to reconnect or putting it back in the case to charge and after a day of charging it, the right side will not turn on at all even after trying the link https://mysupport.razer.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/547/~/one-of-the-razer-hammerhead-true-wireless%C2%A0earbuds-is-not-connecting-and-playing what should I do. I got this as a birthday gift during April and I live in Singapore 

 


Ok quick update the right bud is working now but it's still blinking 


I tried everything here the left earbud wasn't working for 2 days now and I tried literally everything and, no my right eaebud itnt working too first it was blinking the light then it just turned off now I'm waiting to see id it's the battery but I think not if anyone can help me plz do


I have the same problem. The right earbud piece is not working anymore. I purchased it a week ago. I already tried cleaning the case, still now working. 


This happened to me too but it was almost 2 years ago and now it’s happening again. At that time I have found that If I left the one that won’t turn out of the charger for 3-5 day and then charge it for 10 minutes. It will work
 

but right now my left one won’t turn on again so I will take it out of the box and I will let you guys know in 5 days if it still works or not. 

Did it work?

Actually my earbud is working now I just had to clean the case with a q-tip

I was wondering how did you clean it with the q tip? I tried it and it had no effect.

I just bought a pair of Razer Hammerhead True Wireless ear pods. They are fully charged indicated by the green light but when i try and pair them I get nothing No sounds indicator not promt. I open the case get the green light with the pods in the case sitting next to the computer case and zero. 

 


Hello if none of this didn’t work, then the problem might be what i also expirenced:

So,you go to your PHONE to see that the earbuds are connected and you  that the battary is at 100% cause you charged them all day,and that the problem.Basically for some reason the phone won’t tell you the REAL % why is that true? Cause basically what i did to see this was to TAKE the wire and connect it to the pc the earbuds case can charge from there.NOW what you basically do is to go to your pc bluetooth connect with the buds and have the lid open BUT DONT take off the buds.When you connect you will see the battary % from the PC you  see that the battary is low between 10% or 0%. (thay the REAL %)SO what you do next is to close the lid and leave this ro charge.Whan is charged (it doesn’t have to be 100% as but if you want to leave it a long time to fully charge do it)

open and the lid WHILE YOU HAVEN’T unpluggrd the wire and you will see that both earbuds works

Conclusion :

For some reason the buds case won’t charge both of the buds  (for some reason again).SO try what i did to charge it form the PC (or laptop).Maybe that works because pc scan the details of the product more in to it than the phone’s.

Hope that helps, DON’T go immediately somewhere to fix you the earbuds when this problem turn up cause you will pay for no reason just for someone to fix this.SO be calm try some of the other answers above (or below)

and you will sucsses.If not take it to be fixed

I got the same issue my right earbud is not responding and the light keep staying on i tried everything to no use is there any fix ?


İ was experiencing it with my left earbud i tried it pairing it with Google (with one earbud) it worked

Hi, I had the same issue, right one not working, I tried all the instructions given to me in the internet, none of them worked, so I tried cleaning the case with some paper and after I put them back to the case and out, it worked, but still wonder how this might have caused the problem, hope it works for you guys.

Can confirm, cleaning the case worked me as well

I just found out that the right bud turns off automatically when there's s no activity. I tried running the music player on my phone while the buds connected and the right bud stayed on. 

But once there is an idle moment, the buds, right one, automatically turns off. It's very inconvenient. Razer folks, you might want to update your firmware to fix this issue. 


Same issue on my right earbuds. No!!!


I have been this concern for 3 days now. How do we fix this? The right ear bud turns off a few seconds after taking it out from the cradle. This sucks


Same issue. I think that the main problem here is that the left earpiece has no power at all. Just purchased this last year and early months with me it already shows signs of malfunction issues. Crap!
