Razer Hammerhead truewireless charge case issue

Hello, Issue is as following: my charging case for razer hammerhead true wireless is not working anymore. The LED is not lighting up. Closing/opening the case doesn't turn off/on the earbuds. It still charges them but only when plugged to power - anyone has seen similar/knows how to deal with it? Like some case reset or god knows what. Eeatbuds are in perfect working condition - but without a charging case become a nuisance to charge them on daily basis... Thanks for any help

    That's odd. It seems like a hardware issue to me. When the charging case is plugged in, are you getting a battery indicator light while charging? I’ll be locking this thread now. Feel free to send me a PM anytime or visit our self-help options should you have other questions or concerns.
