I am facing an issue which is when i put both earbuds into the charging case and closed it only right side will turn off but left side still connected and always that left side drain a lot of battery. Even tho i charging both full battery but at the end got left side will will drain battery faster than right side. It look like left side earbud cannot sync with right side and i found out i put into charging case left side still turn on and right still always turn off then make another one cannot charge properly
