Razer Hammerhead TWS 2nd gen picks up too much background noise

Hi! I'm using Razer Hammerhead TWS 2nd gen and whenever I take calls using it, the person I'm talking to can hear all sorts of background noise (cars passing by even when I'm in a closed room, movement of furniture, other people talking in the vicinity, etc). It picks up noise so much that it hurts the ears of the person at the other end of the line. Can someone help me fix this? Is this a settings issue? I can't seem to find a helpful thread with answers.
