Hey, yesterday my new Hammerhead TWS Pro arrived. I charged it and with the green indication on the case I thought to start configuring it. First of all it was not possible to connect with my mobile to the Razer Audio App (no device found) and then only the right earbud was working. The left bud was not responding to any kind of tapping the button. I also tried with Troubleshooting support from the Razer webside but nothing at all helped. Not the 6 sec tap at all. In my opinion they are not connected to each other or even the left bud is broken? Also like it says that you can hear a sound if pairing was successful, never happened to me.
I hope somebody can help me.

Does the issue happen while setting up the Razer Hammerhead True Wireless for the first time? Have you tried connecting it to a different device and check if it behaves the same?
