Hi everyone! I just want to know if there was a step or troubleshoot I can do to be able to use my Hammerhead to my pc using dongle. Because when I tried to connect it, it is always failed, although it will connect for a few second like 1-2 seconds then it will disconnect. It works perfectly fine in my phone IOS, and android. My bluetooth dongle also works for other devices like another wireless earphones. Could you please help me about this? Thank you.
