Razer Hammerhead USB-C ANC distortion

Hello, i recently bought the Hammerhead USB-C with adaptive noise cancelling, and I am experiencing distortion at very low volumes and when the headphone sound changes from low to high, I just wanted to know if this was normal performance as I had sent back a previous pair of the same because I thought it was not normal, thanks for any help.
