I have just opened the box of my Razer Hammerhead True Wireless and charged the case with the buds in it for about 5 hours. Yet, the buds still do not function. The charging case lights up green, however there seems to be no life to the individual buds. I have tried all the methods provided in the troubleshooting guide and FAQs but to no avail. Wondering if anyone else has had this issue and if there is a solution. Been a big fan of Razer since I bought my Anansi and stand by the products. This is the first problem I've encountered with any product.
