Okay, like some I purchased these strips a couple days ago.

Got them today, and like most, having issues.



I have done a total reinstall removing all keyboards, mice, etc. and Razer in the program files.



The four strips work fine, they go through a default spectrum cycling, but they will not sync with the other devices, in fact, they don't show on the dashboard at all.



I have tried plugging the USB into a USB hub, and then directly into the back of my computer, both are 3.0 ports, nothing changes.



I have tried using the molex power instead of the wall plug, nothing changes.



They will not turn off when my computer is turned off.



My other six Razer products work just fine on USB hubs.



I tried plugging the USB into my wife's laptop which has never had any Razer items on and nothing comes up, I was figuring that maybe the Razer software would trigger and want an install, nope.



I have talked to tech support and they took my info and had to pass it onwards to higher tech support.



Any help or hints or tricks or tips or whatever would be great as it's the worst item I have purchased from Razer, all the others work just fine and are acknowledged when I unplug and then plug them back in - not these suckers.
