Razer Headset didn't come with 7.1 Surround audio activation code in box

My Kraken X LITE's box didn't come with any 7.1 Surround audio activation code within the box. I already registered the product in my account but I didn't find nothing about that. I saw on internet that many users experienced that. Is there something that I can do? I already opened an support ticket.

Any help? It would be easier if the 7.1 surround would automaticly activate itself if the user already has an supporting 7.1 headset registered on his account.

Support said that these headphones doesn't support 7.1 Surround Audio while it says on the damn box and manual that it supports it. 😂
