razer humerhead true wireless (2nd generation)
 and Razer book13 Bluetooth connection problem.

I own a razer humerhead true wireless (2nd gen) and Razer book13.

The interruption of the sound of the earphone is terrible.  Is it a problem with the Bluetooth connection settings?  Or is it individual difference of Razerbook or hammerhead?  Or is it Razer's limit?  Even though it was made by the same manufacturer, it felt sloppy.  Do any of your products need repair?

Try to scan for Windows updates and make sure they are all installed. I also suggest you test the earbuds on a different device for further isolation. PM me the serial number should the issue persists, so I can validate its model and check for other model-specific steps to help you address the connection problem. Thanks!
