Razer Huntsman Elite Chroma

My lighting on my keyboard was working perfectly fine 4 days ago all the basic modes inside the app work and the supported apps/games also control the lightings properly. Then I reset my entire PC reinstall windows and all that now only the basic chroma modes within the app works if I launch let us say "Wallpaper Engine" the keyboard either ignores the app completely and lights normally or turns off all the lights [Functionally the keyboard has 0 issues] But also within the synapse it says that the chroma settings are being managed by other apps which is the wallpaper engine
