When trying to adjust the volume with the dial, the volume will go up or down randomly regardless of what direction the dial is turned. I tried changing the function of the dial to scrolling and it performed the same way - the direction of the scroll was random, stuttery instead of smooth, and independent of the direction the dial was turned. The same issues occurs when plugging the keyboard into a different machine.



I saw a thread from August 2019 where several users also experienced the same issue. The thread left off with a razer person asking for serial numbers and trying to recreate the issue. Did anything ever come from that? Is this a known issue with this model of keyboard?

Sad that Razer has not addressed this as I am having the same issue with my keyboard. To be honest, I gave up using the scroll wheel on the keyboard. Everything else about the keyboard is awesome, but that scroll wheel is trash.
