My upper and lower arrows have slowed and are sluggish.

Are they, by any chance, scratchy? For now, try to remove the keycaps and clean the area surrounding the switch and make sure that it's not catching on to something.

Since that is the case, the issue must be inside the switch. We'll have to look into your RMA options. Send me the serial number of your keyboard, and if possible, the proof of purchase.
