Razer Huntsman Elite v2 sound button not working

Hello

my top right sound volume button dont work correctly since always

when you turn left or right the volume dont change much.

I try to explain better

when you turn anticlockwise sound should go lower but he go up and down ect a little i cant really go from 40 level to 0 level

it keep doing like 38 40 42 then 36 40

Same things clockwise when the volume shoudl only go up



all other key from my keybord fonction great

and i really love this keyboard

it dont seems i can remove this button to see under

its not like all other button form this Keyboard



If soemone have faced this or can help

It will be greatly appreciated
