Razer Huntsman Elite volume jumps up and down

So I have the Huntsman Elite and when I use the scroll wheel to adjust volume on Windows 10, the volume mostly goes up and down and I have to keep scrolling to get the volume to increase or decrease. I've seen others with the same issue and wondered if there is a resolution. I checked my firmware and it seems to be up to date.

    Any official Razer support able to help with this issue? I see others have the same issue as well.
