I’m experiencing a serious issue with my Razer Huntsman Mercury, purchased in January 2023.
Multiple keys across the keyboard are not registering any input at all, while others work normally. The non-functional keys appear in specific clusters across different rows which suggests an optical matrix / controller failure, not isolated switch issues.
The keyboard is correctly detected by Windows and Razer Synapse, RGB lighting works normally, and the device appears as a standard HID Keyboard. I have already:

exited Demo Mode

performed a factory reset

tested on another PC
-
reinstalled drivers
-
cleaned the keyboard thoroughly
The issue persists, and based on the symptoms and testing, this appears to be a hardware-related optical failure affecting a zone of keys, rather than software or user error.
Unfortunately, I no longer have the purchase receipt available. However, the keyboard has been lightly used and well cared for, and given that it was purchased relatively recently, I was hoping you could assist if possible.
